During a recent trip to Scotland I was fortunate to spend time with Richard Barclay of Rannoch Smokery. Join us in conversation as we talk venison and Scottish food, and match some whiskies with his wonderful meats.
Rannoch Smokery meats are widely available in UK delicatessens and some supermarkets. The distinctive packaging is sure to draw your eye. Close to home in West Sussex I know that Pallant at Arundel keep a good selection of Richard's meats.
